Introducing Interpro Property Services
Cleaning 2000 has rebranded to Interpro Property Services. We sat down with Leo Jusuf, to discuss the move and the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting young property professionals.
Q. Tell us a bit about Interpro Property Services, why the rebrand from Cleaning 2000?
We listened to our long standing clients of 20 years plus and felt it was time for the company to embrace growth and all the services we provide for our clients and showcase (INTERPRO) which now better reflects what we do as a company than just standard office cleaning. We now have washroom services, waste management services and much more. The company started in 1997 as a small husband and wife team which believed that actions speaks louder than words and now has grown to a company which is still family owned with the same driving passion, have found people with the same passion and belief as us and are now building relationships and achieving value standards while looking after the clients job as your own.
Q. What direction is the company heading in? What are you goals for the next 12 months?
We have listened to our clients and now for the past couple of years we have added a range of services for our clients to provide them a full suite of services to look after their building/asset “from the car park all the way to your board room” so we become a partner instead of just another service provider, we take away the hassle for our clients organising a range of services which now can all be done by us, as nowadays people have more than just one job description and we take that hassle away from them. Over the next 12 months we are really looking to showcase our business to the wider community and professions as the common feedback we receive when looking after a new building/asset is “where have you been this whole time, why haven’t I heard of you before” and the main reason is that a lot of work has come from word of mouth, so we are hoping to get our name out there a bit more in the next 12 months.
Q. Interpro is a long running sponsor of Future Directions, why is championing young professionals important to you?
The reason we have sponsored the FD’s for so long now is we strongly believe in looking forward to tomorrow/future and build relationships and encourage the young to bring their best to better benefit the wider community.
Q: What sets Interpro apart from other commercial services companies?
What sets us apart from other companies is we take the time to look after the asset/building as if we were the owner and how we would like it to look and presented the best we can. In some cases not every little detail is outlined in the scope of work where we take a commence sense approach and see if it needs completing we just do it without charging or amending the price we quoted or even tell our customer we believe this is what sets us apart.
Everyone says they listen to customers’ needs but we are firm believer of actions speaks louder than words.
We strongly believe that if you look after your staff they will look after your clients so we don’t just read any resumes we actually interview and have a chat with all applicants as the right attitude and passion is something you can’t teach but you need to find it, how to clean or do something everyone can be taught. As a company we look at building relationships and not big profit margins and we prove this with our long standing clients of 20 years and counting.
