WELL Building Standards – Member briefing
The International WELL Building Institute, PBC is a public benefit corporation whose mission is to improve human health and well-being through the built environment.
The WELL Building Standard is the product of seven years of research and development consulting, with a three-phase expert peer review process encompassing a scientific, practitioner, and medical review.
WELL was developed by integrating scientific and medical research and literature on environmental health, behavioural factors, health outcomes and demographic risk factors that affect health with leading practices in building design and management.
At our Member Briefing on 21 July 2016, Tony Armstrong Asia Pacific Representative of the International WELL Building Institute, PBC, provided an engaging presentation on WELL. For a copy of his presentation see the attached.
