Illawarra Future Directions Event

The Illawarra Future Directions Committee hosted a great networking event on 12 July which focused on the new Shell Cove Waterfront Marina and Precinct, a joint $1.5 billion development project between Frasers Property Australia and Shellharbour City Council.

The precinct is the largest coastal tourist/residential development ever initiated by a local government authority in Australia. When complete, it will create around 3000 prime residential lots, a marina with an in-shore boat harbour, community parks, cycleways, and a range of quality commercial, retail, community and recreational facilities.

The event provided a great networking opportunity for attendees and included an informative presentation on the new precinct by Glenn Colqhuon – Frasers Development Director and an interesting Q&A session with Glenn and Donna Flannagan – Manager Property Services from Shellharbour City Council.
