HOMEBUILDER PORTAL NOW OPEN

Queenslanders can now apply for the Federal Government’s HomeBuilder stimulus via the application portal.

While an initiative of the Australian Government, each State and Territory is required to administer the $25,000 grant through its own Office of State Revenue. 

The Property Council has worked closely with the Queensland Office of State Revenue to clarify how it will define key criteria in its implementation of the scheme.

Since the scheme was announced the Property Council has fielded an array of questions related to the grant. The Federal Government’s FAQS have recently been updated, and now provide the answers to many of these questions, along with greater clarity on the eligibility criteria for the grant.
