Green Light For Private Bids And Strata Reform: MinisterMinister for Lands, Terry Redman, spoke to a Property Council breakfast of over 400 attendees about the government’s land and property asset sales.The Minister revealed that the State Government is preparing new guidelines for unsolicited bids by the private sector for government land. Interested parties are able to register their interest in the sale of particular sites by contacting the Department of Lands at [email protected]. The Minister also foreshadowed the release of a new website that will contain details of the next stages of the Government’s land and property assets. It is expected that the new website will be available soon.
