Green Bridges Program

Brisbane City Council is continuing with the implementation of their Green Bridges Program

The new bridges part of this program will link Kangaroo Point to the Brisbane Central Business District (CBD), Toowong to West End, St Lucia to West End, as well as a new crossing at Breakfast Creek.

As a result of community consultation on potential alignment options for the Toowong to West End and St Lucia to West End Green Bridges, consultation outcomes have now been released. Council is now seeking community feedback on the concept designs for the Toowong to West End and St Lucia to West End Green Bridges.

Planning for the Kangaroo Point Green Bridge has also reached the next phase with designs released for new walking and cycling connections to the bridge landings.

The Property Council will continue to keep members informed about the projects as they progress.
