Grand Central Site Tour

QIC’s $0 million redevelopment of Toowoomba’s Grand Central will double the centre’s size to 90,000m2 and add an additional 180 retail spaces across the two-level fashion retail galleria, fresh food destination, dining precinct and new integrated civic space.

Given the intense industry interest in the significant regional project, the Property Council coordinated a site tour of the redevelopment for members on the 14th of November.

With Stage One recently completed, attendees were able to get a real sense of how the investment has taken shape and what has drawn some of Australia’s most elusive retailers to the regional centre. 

Attendees were particularly impressed by the unique design of the redevelopment, which was inspired by the Toowoomba region.
