Gender Diversity: A Game Changer

Companies with more gender diverse leadership deliver better financial performance.

One study by McKinsey & Company revealed that companies with more gender diverse leadership are 15% more likely to perform above average financially, while companies with the least amount of diversity are well and truly lagging.

EY in collaboration with the Property Council recently released a report titled Grow the Talent Pool: Insights on Gender Representation in Property. Their results showed that women make up over half of non-leadership roles, but only hold just over a quarter of leadership positions. The report also showed that 84% of women aspire to a leadership position, but only 67% of women believe they can achieve it.
