Future Directions Networking Event
On Thursday 20 June, the Illawarra Future Directions are hosting a networking event which will focus on the future of of Wollongong and growth of the CBD.
As the city of Wollongong continues to grow and prosper, planning for the future is key – ensuring that we can continue to develop our economy, activate the CBD, while providing local jobs for our people to support this growth is vital.
This exclusive networking event will provide an insight into Wollongong City Council’s plans for the future and their new Economic Development Strategy for 2019-2029 which will be on exhibition in June and finalised for release in August.
It will feature a Q&A session with Mark Grimson, Economic Development Manager for Wollongong City Council and Jennifer Macquarie, Director Fountaindale Group and Chair, Illawarra Committee.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to network with your colleagues and get involved in the conversation about the future of Wollongong!
