Future Directions Development Market Outlook

The Future Directions 2018 Development Market Outlook, held at Brooklyn Standard on Tuesday 27 March, saw three industry analysts provide a compelling overview of the year ahead for the Queensland property industry. 

With a sold-out crowd, the bustling bar heard from Paul Riga, Director of Urbis; Jennelle Wilson, Senior Director of Knight Frank; and Tom Broderick, Senior Research Analyst- Strategic Research of JLL, as they explained the developments and trends set to dominate the property industry in 2018. 

The guest speakers provided an overview of the important aspects affecting the retail, residential and office developments in Brisbane. A wide variety of issues were canvassed including digital disruption in the retail space, the turning tide of the CBD office market, changing tenant requirements, and two speed demand in the local residential market. 

Following the presentations, attendees were given the opportunity to network and speak with likeminded professionals and guest speakers.
