FUTURE DIRECTIONS BOWL INTO ACTION 

Last week’s Future Directions 2019 Lawn Bowls event saw over 200 young property professionals’ come together to compete in a friendly lawn bowls tournament. 

Keeping with the annual tradition, the event included a fancy-dress competition – with this year’s attendees fully embracing a Halloween theme.  
 
Congratulations to Queensland Racing, who were crowned winners of the 2019 Future Directions Lawn Bowls Tournament. Congratulations also to the costume, business card draw and raffle winners.  
 
The event raised funds for the Property Industry Foundation, a company that is dedicated to ending the serious problem of youth homelessness. This year’s raffle raised over $1000 for the Property Industry Foundation, doubling last year’s takings! 
 
The Property Council would like to thank the nights MC Sarah Scruby, Senior Development Manager – Racing Queensland & Chair of the Queensland Future Directions Committee.
