Lot 302 is zoned R12.5.TM Residential has been selected to market and sell Lot 302 by public tender. Tenders close on October 31, 2014.Heritage Minister Albert Jacob said “Revenue from the sale of Lot 302 will fund much-needed heritage building preservation on the historic Sunset site.”
