Fd’s get a step-up on the evolving millennial workforce
Queensland’s Future Directions committee recently held their most recent ‘Hot Topic’ event in an attempt to Unlock the Millennial Mindset. Approximately 80 guests attended the event hosted by Haworth at their co-working showroom called The Hive.
The event produced a night of insightful discussion and healthy debate around the imminent dominance of the millennial workforce. The panel of professionals discussed the positive and negative impacts the generation is having on day-to-day business and commented on multiple stereotypical myths surrounding the 18-37yo age group.
Both Millennial and ‘baby boomer’ attendees heard insights surrounding the generations strengths and importantly areas of improvement moving forward in our ever evolving work environment.
