Fantastic Opportunity in Commercial Property Supportive environment with opportunities for flexible employment Challenging and stimulating role Adelaide Produce Markets Limited trading as South Australian Produce Market is South Australia’s primary fresh produce wholesale market. Over 2,000 tonnes of fresh produce is traded between our 45 wholesalers, 60 growers and hundreds of retail operators each year, worth an estimated wholesale value of $590 million. With the growing focus on food businesses within the north of Adelaide and Adelaide’s premier and only fresh food precinct, a new position has become available as Commercial Property Administrator in order to administer over 100 leases including warehousing, cold stores, logistics, sales area and parking within the 220,000sqm site. About the roleYou will be solely responsible for administering the leases in the market, assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts and rent reviews. Work closely with the CEO and Finance Manager to ensure financial parameters are met.
