Fact sheet: Clause 7.5 Private Open Space 

The Department of Lands, Planning and the Environment has revised  its fact sheet on the provision of the Private Open Space in accordance with Clause 7.5 of the NT Planning Scheme.

The Purpose of the fact sheet is to provide guidelines to the building industry for complying with the private open space provisions of the Planning Scheme, especially for single dwellings that are permitted use subject to compliance with all relevant requirements of the Planning Scheme.
