Expression of interest – Sale of Lot 100 Grey Box Avenue Noarlunga Centre

Renewal SA invites expressions of interest (EOI) on behalf of South Australian Housing Trust in the purchase of Lot 100 Grey Box Avenue, Noarlunga Centre.

Located opposite the Noarlunga Hospital and the SAHT’s former Inspire Development, Lot 100 Grey Avenue is approximately 28 kilometres from the Adelaide CBD, 8,898 square metres in area, and zoned in the City of Onkaparinga Development Plan as being in a Regional Centre and in the Inner Residential Policy Area (35).

The successful proponent for this EOI will be required to deliver a minimum 15 per cent affordable housing in developments of 20 or more dwellings. 

EOIs addressing evaluation criteria including the economic return to state government, a nominated settlement date, your organisation’s financial delivery capacity to complete the transaction and conditions of offer must be submitted by 2.00 pm (ACDST) Thursday, 14 December 2017.
