Redevelopment of Orana Court provides the opportunity for a mix of affordable and private housing types and price points across the housing continuum within a comprehensively planned site.

Renewal SA is seeking to select a proponent committed to delivering on the vision and creating a well-designed site that integrates with the surrounding area.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted by 2.00 pm (ACST) Thursday 4 May 2017.
