Expressions of Interest – Mawson Lakes and Seaford Meadows 

Renewal SA has released two Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the sale and development of land at Seaford Meadows and Mawson Lakes. 

Details about the land releases are below:

Mawson Lakes – Douglas Drive and Parkway, Technology Park 

  • 1.55 hectares of land available for residential and mixed-use developments 
  • Land released as two separate sites with three allotments 
  • Salisbury Council area 
  • Will need to include a minimum 15% affordable housing in developments of 20 or more dwellings
  • Only 13 kilometers from the Adelaide city centre and close to technology Park, Uni SA Mawson lakes campus and Mawson Centre
  • EOI closing date is 2pm, Thursday 27 September 2016 

 Seaford Meadows – Commercial Road 

  • One of the largest remaining sites zoned for residential development in the southern Adelaide region
  • 42 hectare land release for residential development
  • Land released as one site with one allotment  
  • City of Onkaparinga 
  • Development will need to include 15% of dwellings for affordable rent or purchase and includes provision for 90 social housing outcomes
  • Approximately 30 kilometers from the Adelaide city centre and close to world class beaches, conservation parks and wineries 
  • EOI closing date is 2pm, Thursday 13 October 2016
