Renewal SA has released a second residential development opportunity at Mawson Lakes comprising of a single, vacant allotment of 2.88 hectares. The allotment is located within the Technology Park precinct in Mawson Lakes, approximately 13 kilometres from the Adelaide CBD, within the Salisbury Council area and situated in the Transition Area of the Mawson Lakes Urban Core Zone, following a Development Plan Amendment.
The zoning envisages development of high quality medium density housing of up to four storeys (subject to airport building height restrictions) and a range of housing styles including townhouses/terraces/mews and residential flat buildings. It also provides some scope for the development of mixed use buildings/non-residential land uses of a local or neighbourhood scale.
The proposed development will be in close proximity to UniSA, Endeavour College, the Mawson Interchange, Mawson Central and the extensive recreational areas surrounding the lakes.
