EOIs Sought for EQ Lots 2 and 3

The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority is seeking expressions of interest for Lots 2 and 3 at Elizabeth Quay.

These lots form the western edge of the inlet and front the promenades. Lots 2 and 3 are being released to the market as Perth’s premium mixed use residential, retail and hotel opportunity.

Combined, the sites have an area of approximately 6,2000sqm. The sites are available individually or in-one-line.

The EOI period closes in October 2015 and the preferred proponent will be identified by January 2016.

The MRA, as planning authority for the area, will be responsible for granting development approvals and is committed to act as the precinct manager for the next ten years.
