End of the Political Year – Victorian ElectionWith talk of a Federal reshuffle appearing to be less likely on this side of Christmas, the political year is quickly winding down. However we will look to provide updates in this regard as and when they take place in the new year. In Victoria the Labor victory of Daniel Andrews and the loss of a one term Liberal Government has shown that winds of political change require strong relationships to be developed across the houses. The Property Council have already made representations to discuss the Development Assessment Report Card with the new Victorian Planning Minister early in the new year.
