Diversity Lunch: In Conversation with Ming Long

Over 100 people attended the exclusive Diversity Lunch: In Conversation with Ming Long, to hear about the impacts of the royal banking commission, the property market’s response to financial uncertainty, and the modern-day challenge of creating diversity within the workplace.

As the Chair of AMP Capital’s Funds Management and Deputy Chair of the Diversity Council of Australia, Ming spoke candidly about her experiences within the banking sector, and the challenges she has faced throughout her own career.

Throughout the lunch, Raynuha Sinnathamby, Managing Director – Springfield City Group, moderated a fantastic panel discussion, where Ming also shared her opinions about diversity in the workplace and explained the importance of promoting diversity on boards.

In keeping with the annual tradition, this lunch also featured a raffle that raised proceeds for the Property Industry Foundation. Over $1000 was raised for the organisation, which seeks to end youth homelessness.
