Development One Stop Shop: Book, Lodge and Pay Online
The Minister announced a new feature of the Development One Stop Shop: Development Applications (DAs) Online.
For the first time applicants will be able to prepare, lodge and pay for development applications online. By lodging online you have flexibility to lodge anytime, no longer have to provide paper copies of applications, and be able to make payments using a credit card over the phone (a tax invoice will be mailed to you) or over the counter.
During processing you will receive email notifications updating you on the progress of your development application. You will also be able to track the progress on line and view comments provided from service authorities; public submissions; and technical assessments prepared by planners.
