Design and build opportunity at Prospect – 218-224 Churchill Road, Prospect

Renewal SA seeks tender submissions from private sector organisations to partner on delivery of an apartment building at 218-224 Churchill Road, Prospect.

This project forms part of the state government’s construction stimulus program, 1000 Homes in 1000 Days, which is part of the Renewing Our Streets and Suburbs initiative to renew all pre-1968 South Australian Housing Trust stock within 10 kilometres of the city by 2020.

Proponents must price a turnkey construction of the apartment building consisting of 20 social housing ownership apartments for retention by South Australia Housing Trust for Housing SA tenants. The successful proponent will enter into a contract with Renewal SA to build the apartment style housing based on the prepared design proposal or alternative design proposal nominated in the proponent’s submission.

Tenders must be submitted electronically by 2.00 pm (ACST) Thursday, 19 October 2017.
