Department of Communities: Expressions of Interest

The Department of Communities (Housing) is inviting Expressions of Interest from developers to work collaboratively with Housing to deliver an affordable land and housing development in Tuart Brook, six kilometres south of the Bunbury city centre.

The Tuart Brook project, located in the Bunbury suburb of Usher, is a 55.9 hectare site comprising three Lots – Lots 1 and 802 Washington Avenue and Lot 800 Parade Road.

The project seeks to deliver on five key objectives: Affordability, Diversity, Environmental Sustainability, Liveability and Economic Returns.
