Danielle Davison builds on career taking on role as Development Director at DMG Property

Danielle has moved on from Parcel Property to take up the role of Development Director at DMG Property. Danielle has worked in the property development industry for over 17 years and brings with her a diverse career history having worked on client side development of large scale, mixed use schemes, as well as also having worked in civil consulting, and construction, of land and high rise development. Danielle spent 5 years in the UK, where her exposure to central London commercial and luxury residential development provided many valuable learning experiences, particularly on densification and infill development.

Prior to joining DMG Property, Danielle was General Manager of Built Form for the ABN Group, responsible for the acquisition, development, marketing and sales of multiple apartment sites, both for the group and for external funding sources. Prior to the ABN Group, Danielle was responsible for the delivery of the marina, land development, and the sale and development of numerous retail and apartment sites of the internationally recognised Port Coogee Marina Development for Frasers Property.

Danielle is also an active member on WA Property Council’s Residential Property Committee.
