Cultural Heritage Acts Review
The State Government has asked for feedback on the Aboriginal and Cultural Heritage Act 2003 and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Heritage Act 2003.
The Consultation Paper Review of the Cultural Heritage Acts provides an overview of the key components of the Acts and a summary of legislation in other jurisdictions.
Consultation sessions will be held in Brisbane and Townsville in July.
