Could you inspire Property’s future leaders?

The Property Council and Future Directions are launching the first WA Future Leaders Mentoring Initiative and invite you participate.

As a mentor, your primary role would be to provide guidance and support to your mentee based on his or her unique goals over the 15 week program.

During the minimum of three face-to-face meetings, you may share with your mentee information about your own career path, as well as providing leadership, motivation, emotional support, and acting as a role model.

You may help with exploring careers, setting goals, developing networking contacts, and identifying resources that may assist your mentee.

There is an opportunity to provide support and assist your mentee with networking by attending the August Future Directions Event as well as furthering your own involvement with the Future Directions program.

For mentors, the benefits include:
