Congratulations to Russell Kennedy Lawyers – law firm of the year

Russell Kennedy Lawyers, legal partner of the Retirement Living Council, has taken out the prestigious ‘Law Firm of the Year’ for Retirement Villages and Senior Living Law.

The award is determined by Best Lawyers and based entirely on peer review, to capture the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues.

On top of the organisational win, Donna Rayner, Principal at Russell Kennedy, has been named ‘Lawyer of the Year’ for Retirement Villages and Senior Living Law.

Donna was a significant part of the team that helped develop the National Guide to Simple and Effective Retirement Living Contracts, released by the Retirement Living Council in late 2016.

Russell Kennedy has been a long-term partner of the Retirement Living Council and its predecessor organisation, the Retirement Villages Association, for more than 20 years.
