Commonwealth seeks property industry assistance

Does your investment help protect the Great Barrier Reef? If the answer is yes, the Commonwealth Government wants to hear from you.

The Commonwealth Department of Environment (DoE) is identifying the amount of investment made for the protection of the Great Barrier Reef (GBR). As part of this project, DoE is collating information on private investment activities that contribute to managing the GBR, including those activities undertaken by the property industry.

If you or your company have made any investments that are helping to protect the GBR, or have provided financial contributions to any Government program aimed at managing the GBR, the DoE would like to hear from you. The investment data required is from the financial years 2013/14 and 2014/15.

The project is being facilitated by Jaclyne Scally of RM Consulting Group, on behalf of the DoE. You can provide your information either by email or phone before 25 May 2015.
