CIAO LINO
We were delighted yesterday that many of our members were able to join us to farewell Lino and celebrate his contribution to the Property Council and our industry over many years. There is always sadness when saying goodbye to a greatly valued colleague, but it was also a terrific opportunity to recognise and celebrate Lino’s contribution to the Property Council and through it, the industry we are so proud to represent and advocate for.
Lino has an impressive track record of service with the Property Council and in fact has worn many hats for us over the years. He started as WA Policy Manager in 2005, was acting Executive Director in South Australia and the ACT, and Deputy Executive Director in WA before taking on the role of ED about two and a half years ago. In all of those jurisdictions, he has played a leading role in developing and advocating for great outcomes for our members and our industry.
Lino has been integral to policy outcomes that support the future growth and success of the property industry, and in turn the WA community which it supports. Lino has also always been a strong and purposeful advocate for the interests of the WA industry in Property Council’s national programs.
Lino should take great satisfaction as he looks around Perth and WA at the very tangible outcomes of his work on behalf of our industry: past, present and in the future, and we thank him for his commitment and the contribution he has made over several years.
On behalf of all members we wish him our very best wishes and our thanks for a job well done. Ciao Lino!
