Charity ball aims to raise money for young homelessThe Property Industry Foundation (PIF) is aiming to raise over $200,000 from host its Annual Charity Ball, themed A Royal African Safari, on Friday, July 31 at Sydney’s Luna Park.Construction group Ganellen is the major sponsor of the Charity Ball along with media sponsor Australian Financial Review and the venue has been donated by Brookfield. All funds raised go to the PIF House program that will provide 24 young homeless people with a safe place to live. “The Annual Charity Ball is a great opportunity for industry professionals to enjoy a glamorous evening of networking whilst raising funds for homeless youth. We are delighted to see so many corporates already registered,” said Rosemary Smithson, chief executive Officer of the Property Industry Foundation.
