Change the future of NSW transport
Innovators, developers and entrepreneurs are being called on to pitch ideas on how to radically change the way customers experience transport in NSW.
The Future Transport Summit 2016 will be held on 18 and 19 April 2016, where thought leaders from around the world will join the NSW Minister for Transport and Infrastructure Andrew Constance.
200 invited guests will hear from influential speakers including Silicon Valley icon and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, Will Duckworth of IBM and Microsoft Managing Director in Australia, Pip Marlow.
An Industry Ideas and Innovations Forum will he held on day 2 of the summit where developers and innovators will have the opportunity to individually pitch ideas to a panel of senior Transport executives. The best ideas could be incorporated into the Transport technology roadmap.
The summit is part of the 12-month Future Transport program, which will also include a youth summit and new partnerships with incubators to stay across emerging ideas and products. The purpose of the program is to improve the customer experience and there will be many ways in which the wider community will be able to participate.
