CBD Program changes from 1 July 2015The Council of Australian Governments (COAG) CBD Program requires energy efficiency information to be provided when commercial office space of 2000 square metres or more is offered for sale or lease.The CBD Program was established by the Building Energy Efficiency Disclosure Act 2010. This will apply for exemptions, CBD Assessor accreditations and reaccreditations received from 1 July 2015. For further information, please refer to the web article here.CBD Assessor Portal Shutdown The CBD Assessor Portal will be temporarily unavailable for 12pm AEDST 29 June 2015 until 12pm 1 July 2015. CBD Assessors will not be able to access the portal or process application in the Portal during this period. If required this may be extended.
