Program Leader/Project Manager – Property and Facilities
Use your project management experience in this senior role overseeing a range of capital works projects.
- 3 year, full-time contract starting in mid-January 2017

Reporting to senior management, the range of duties will include:
- Project managing major capital works projects from conceptualisation through to tendering and construction
- Liaise with a diverse group of stakeholders including internal staff and management, external consultants and community groups
- Managing documentation and contractual arrangements
- Prepare, monitor and report regularly on project budgets
Coordinator Property Services
Due to staff retirement, the opportunity has arisen for an experienced facilities and maintenance professional to lead the property team.
- Senior FM/Maintenance management role overseeing a small team
- Overall responsibility for the whole portfolio of council owned assets
- Great opportunity to make your mark in a diverse role
Key duties will include:
- Prepare and manage the operational budget for the property department
- Manage tenders and contracts including security, fire, HVAC and capital works projects
- Liaise with a diverse group of stakeholders including internal staff and management, external contractors, rate payers and community groups
- Lead and manage a small team overseeing property management and lease administration
