Normus Urban Projects (Normus) has been recognised as one of South Australia’s leading medium-density residential building contractors having recently been awarded the builder of choice for the construction of 25 homes at The Square at Woodville West.  The team at Normus is currently working in a successful partnership with Renewal SA.

Renewal SA’ ambition for The Square at Woodville West is to create a close and connected community by delivering a diverse mix of housing options including villas, townhouses, apartments and lofts.

Stage 2 Precinct 3 involves the construction of nine (9) design types with a combination of single and double-storey homes. Architectural design, high energy efficiency and construction innovation are key themes incorporated within the individual homes being constructed by Normus.

Mr Darrell Davies, the Company’s Operations Manager, is leading the housing project at Woodville West.  Mr Davies is a highly credentialed and experienced professional with in excess of 30 years’ construction experience.  Mr Davies says “the housing project at Woodville West is an opportunity to demonstrate our Company’s superior construction capabilities and attention-to-detail”.  Mr Davies elaborated that the team at Normus has a clear understanding and high degree of familiarity and knowledge in relation to the specific requirements, regulations and guidelines associated within the construction of medium-density housing.  The fundamental objective being, to construct  high-quality, affordable, architecturally-designed, energy efficient homes which provide future residents with the ideal living environment to enhance lifestyles.
