Build-to-Rent-Briefing

The Property Council has hosted an industry briefing with Queensland Treasury to provide more information on the Government’s Build-to-Rent pilot program.

The briefing was designed to provide prospective proponents with greater insight and knowledge as to what Government is seeking as part of its current EOI process for two  Build-to-Rent sites in inner Brisbane.

The briefing featured a message from Queensland Treasurer, Hon Cameron Dick MP, and Andrew Beehag, Director with Queensland Treasury, briefed viewers on the pilot program and EOI process. A Q&A session followed the briefing.
