Broadening the Diversity Conversation

The Property Council is pleased to partner with Metronet to host Broadening the Diversity Conversation: Dads can be parents and leaders too. Wayne Bradshaw, (Fathering Project) and Sue Murphy (Monadelphous) will headline the speaking line up, which will also hear from a panel featuring Urbis’ Ray Haeren, Mike Gwynn from Aurecon and Arup Principal, Kate West.

The event aims to broaden the discussion around workplace diversity and remove the notion that diversity is solely about women in the workplace. As families are changing are more women staying in the workforce and men taking an increasingly active role in parenting, workplaces need to adapt to changing needs and increased flexibility.
