BRISBANE CITY COUNCIL: NEW PLANNING TOOLS

Brisbane City Council has updated its online interface to assist residents and planners.

The Council has updated the tools used the view the Brisbane City Plan 2014. Users will be able to see information relevant to specific properties, compare the current City Plan with previous iterations, and will be able to provide input into the development of a new City Plan.

Brisbane City Council’s previous systems, ePlan and City Interactive Mapping will be taken offline soon.

Brisbane City Council has also introduced development.i a new interactive map that can be used to view ongoing Development Applications around Brisbane. The platform also enables users to sign up for notifications when a development application is received or decided, or when a new document is made available.
