BCC Adopts City Centre Neighbourhood Plan 

Brisbane City Council has adopted the City Centre Neighbourhood Plan and consequential amendments to Brisbane City Plan 2014 with changes to take effect from Friday 24 March.

The approved changes will simplify the planning scheme for the CBD by reducing the number of precincts from 18 to 5. Changes include the reduction of tower setbacks and removal of GFA restrictions.
