Award and Cocktail Party celebrates industry achievements

Over 200 senior industry professionals gathered for a celebration of the industry’s most outstanding projects at the Property Council’s Awards and Cocktail Party on 18 May.

Held at Sofi’s Lounge (Sofitel), the exclusive networking event was an opportunity to showcase  the 31 Victorian finalists in the Property Council of Australia/Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards.

Inspiring design and leading edge practice was on display across a broad range of sectors and disciplines, with iconic projects providing strong competition in 15 award categories. Lendlease’s Library at the Dock emerged as the winner of the Victorian Development of the Year.

Managed by the Property Council, the national Innovation and Excellence Awards is one of the most prestigious property award programs in Australia, promoting excellence in the built environment since 1982.

The national Innovation and Excellence Awards Dinner will take place on Friday 3 June, in Sydney.
