Guest project representatives include:Andrew Quade, Development Manager – Commercial and Industrial within GPT’s Logistics & Business Parks Development team. He joined GPT in 2006 from Lend Lease and between the two organisations he has 15 years of experience working on major property projects. He is Development Manager for GPT’s Murray Rose Business Park at Sydney Olympic Park.Kurt Wilkinson was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield Office Properties Australia in September 2012 following previous roles with Brookfield Office Properties Australia as COO and prior to that, Head of Asset Management. In his current role, he is responsible for all aspects of the commercial property business across Australia and New Zealand.Gavin Tonnet is Head of Residential at Leighton Properties and has experience in building and development and a leadership style that imparts his experience and knowledge to those around him. His degrees in Architecture and Business have provided the foundation for more than $13 billion of projects including many of Australia’s most significant urban renewal projects.Kevin McCarthy heads the Projects Department at RMIT and has extensive experience in the property development industry. He was employed for 19 years as an Associate with EC Harris, a multi-national property consultancy, and worked on major hotel and corporate office refurbishments in the UK, Europe and Asia.The expert panel leading the also discussion includes:Mèdy Hassan is the National General Manager, Hindmarsh Constructions and is an Adjunct Professor at RMIT. With over 25 years’ experience in the property construction industry, he is a highly experienced property professional specialising in development, design, delivery and life cycle management of major special purpose and commercial projects both in Australia and overseas.John Oliver, Consultant at Rider Levett Bucknall, held an executive role in a professional cost consultancy practice for 32 years and has experience in every major facet of the profession, working on projects with the smallest of budgets through to those in the hundreds of millions.Jacqui Preshaw, Senior Principal of GHD Woodhead Architects, has more than 25 years’ experience delivering predominantly workplace and hospitality environments for organisations across Australia.Adrian Harrington, Head of Funds Management, Folkestone, has more than 20 years’ experience in the funds management and real estate industries. He was formerly CEO Funds Management – UK and US at the Mirvac Group.
