This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Retail Centre Manager to re-locate to Alice Springs and have a really positive influence on the Company, Yeperenye Pty Ltd, and their property assets. The main property is the Yeperenye Shopping Centre with a Woolworths supermarket and around specialty shops. The portfolio contains an adjoining commercial centre, a large Kmart property, a shopping Plaza and a number of other properties in Alice Springs of varying use and size. There are also properties in Darwin, Coffs Harbour and Tenterfield that are externally managed.
About the Role
Edge Recruitment are seeking a Property Manager with a strong background in Retail Shopping Centre Management and an understanding of other commercial property management issues, both strategic and hands-on. Your experience will allow you to develop, train and motivate staff and foster an atmosphere which will result in a team approach to running the portfolio.
