Appointment of new Regional Director for the Illawarra

The Property Council of Australia is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Guido as Regional Director for the Illawarra. 

“The Illawarra-Shoalhaven is a region with immense potential and we are committed to driving initiatives that meet the needs of a growing Illawarra region and deliver great outcomes,” Property Council of Australia NSW Executive Director Jane Fitzgerald said this month.

“Michelle brings with her a wealth of experience from State Government and Ministerial Office roles – previously working with Sydney Water for over eight years in Corporate Public Affairs providing strategic advice on a range of policy and media issues.

“She will play a vital role in raising awareness of the issues facing the industry in the region and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver good outcomes for the community.

“Michelle has strong communication and stakeholder engagement experience and will focus on key issues such as housing affordability and the delivery of infrastructure to meet projected growth in the region.  

“Michelle’s appointment means the Property Council will continue to service the needs of the industry and the community in the Illawarra region.”
