APP Corporation congratulates long-term client ALDI on its successful opening

Professional services consultancy and Property Council Corporate Partner APP Corporation has congratulated their long-term client ALDI on the successful opening of their first commercial stores in Adelaide.

APP was the Project Manager for ALDI’s new South Australian Head Office and Distribution Centre in Regency Park, a 33,000m2 warehouse designed to service around stores across the state.

Paul Kirkwood, APP’s Regional General Manager for South Australia, said “we are especially proud of this project because we were involved right from the beginning, in assisting ALDI with the extensive site search and subsequent acquisition of the site at Regency Park. Our role continued with APP managing the design process and the construction and operational fit-out.”

The Distribution Centre was handed over on time, within budget and delivered to the high-quality standard that is a hallmark of ALDI’s operations.

ALDI is pleased at the high level of community response to their expansion into South Australia, with further stores expected to commence trading over the coming months.
