ANZ/Property Council Survey Open

The latest ANZ/Property Council Sentiment Survey is now open for responses. 

The quarterly survey assists in the Property Council’s advocacy work, as it measures the property industry’s confidence with regards to:

  • sentiments about the outlook for Australia’s national and state/territory economies;
  • views on property asset class performance
  • employment intentions
  • expected work flows
  • critical industry drivers

The results of the last quarter revealed a concerning decline in the Queensland property industry’s confidence, a result that was also replicated in the national industry sentiment.

Over 1000 members responded to the last survey including owners, developers, agents, consultants and government.
