Aloft wins new hotel of the year

Perth’s newest riverfront Hotel, Aloft, has won ‘New hotel of the year’ and the ‘superior accommodation category’ at the WA Australian Hotel Association awards.

Despite only being completed by BGC development in late May, the new hotel has continued to impress guests with a unique interior design and stunning views of the Swan River.

Aloft Perth forms part of a large urban renewable project ‘The Springs’ which will convert mostly vacant land into a vibrant and lively mixed-use community along the Swan River.

The 4.5-star hotel holds 224 sleek and colourful guestrooms as well as providing first-class amenities which include a pool, gym, working spaces, restaurant, bar, and a spectacular rooftop function area.

BGC hopes to replicate the success of Aloft at their next development, The Westin in East Perth.
