Albert Street PDA

A Priority Development Area (PDA) has been declared over a 3,858m² area on the intersection of Albert and Mary Streets.

The Albert Street Cross River Rail PDA has been established to facilitate the construction of the Cross River Rail (CRR) project, with a station and associated over-station development to be located within the site.

A PDA development scheme will be prepared over the coming months for public notification in 2019.

The Property Council has strongly supported the development of the CRR project, and has been working with the Delivery Authority to ensure the long-term city shaping and urban renewal potential of the project is realised.
