A Crisis of Confidence

Over 100 guests attended the Property Council’s, sold-out, Leading Women in Property Breakfast: A Crisis of Confidence, which was held on Tuesday 12 February.

‘A Crisis of Confidence’ featured engaging presentations, expert advice and the personal success stories of Deanna Lane, CEO – Fastlane Consulting Group and Sarah Scruby, Development Manager – Frasers Property.

The presentations centred around ‘a crisis of confidence’ that is preventing many successful, highly intelligent people from reaching their full potential, both within the workplace and outside – plus helpful first-hand advice on how to build confidence and increase skills. 

Annabelle Aland, Managing Associate- Allens then facilitated a conversation with Deanna and Sarah, along with Dan Cook, Head of People and Culture- Dexus, on how a lack of confidence can play out at a personal and workplace level.
