0 Women in Property Re-Launch
The Queensland Diversity and Inclusion Committee were thrilled to host the re-launch of the 0 Women in Property program face to face last month.
The program’s re-launch was the first face to face event both participants and sponsors have been able to attend since the program was diverted to be predominantly online because of COVID-19.
Attendees heard from previous 0 Women in Property program sponsors and participants, as they discussed how to best leverage the program to promote their career development in the property industry.
The panel encouraged participants to lock in coffee catch ups with their sponsors, take advantage of the networking opportunities and to come along to the 0 Women in Property events. Sponsors were tipped to engage their participant and help them map out what they want to achieve from the program.
The event was a great opportunity for participants and their sponsors to reconnect after the pandemic made it challenging to benefit from the normal face-to-face opportunities the program offers.
The Property Council Queensland Division and the Queensland Diversity & Inclusion Committee are currently working on delivering a series of events and networking opportunities for Queensland 0 Women in Property program participants.
This important initiative would not be possible without the support of our 0 Women in Property Program sponsor, GPT.
